- Sessions are typically 75 to 90 minutes, including time for an embodiment practice.
- Embodiment takes us beyond our day-to-day thoughts into the wisdom of our whole selves.
- Sessions include conversation, guided practices, journaling and tools used include both "traditional leadership approaches" as well as my extensive training in energy and spiritual healing.

The pressure to drive results combined with a feeling to "prove herself" means she's been overextended and falling out of balance, recognizing that she's on her way to burnout.
We explored the root of the people pleasing, which was tied to childhood trauma. We worked to cultivate compassion for the parts of her that did not have her needs met and gained clarity on setting and maintaining boundaries to support execution without exhaustion.
