I worked my way “to the top” from cutting deals on Wall St. to the epicenter of the Boston tech hub in various strategy and management consulting roles, sacrificing my health and happiness. I now chose to live and lead with purpose. I learned a new language, embraced a new way of life, and redefined metrics of success that enabled me to live my values.

Beyond Resilience to Rootsilience
A Revolutionary Women's Leadership Framework for Balance, ​Well-being and Success

Resilience is not enough to deal with the stressors and challenges of today. Despite proven benefits, women remain underrepresented in top leadership roles, while facing disproportionate health challenges. Our new word, Rootsilience, takes the notion of “resilience” a step deeper, and teaches us to be grounded, rooted and able to respond to stressors from a place of stability rather than being stretched beyond our limits. This keynote explores why a more holistic path for women leaders is necessary and advocates for systemic change to empower women's success and health in all facets of life.
