Rimi Chakraborty is a seasoned keynote speaker, bestselling author, executive coach and transformational facilitator who guides high performers and organizations beyond the insatiable pursuit of “more” toward a life of conscious fulfillment.

Rimi is the co-author of Beyond Resilience to Rootsilience, a Revolutionary Leadership Framework for Balance, Well-being and Success, as well as owner of a retreat center in the Azores, Portugal, Quinta Minuvida. 


I worked my way “to the top” from cutting deals on Wall St. to the epicenter of the Boston tech hub in various strategy and management consulting roles, sacrificing my health and happiness. I now chose to live and lead with purpose. I learned a new language, embraced a new way of life, and redefined metrics of success that enabled me to live my values.
