Context & Challenge
From December 2020 to November 2023, PepsiCo’s Global Real Estate team navigated one of the most volatile workplace shifts in modern history. As the world adapted to remote and hybrid models, teams everywhere faced burnout, disconnection, and high attrition. Yet during this period, PepsiCo’s Global Real Estate team not only retained key talent, it grew.

Approach
Rimi partnered with leadership to design and facilitate monthly interactive workshops and experiential learning sessions focused on:

• Emotional Intelligence and Conscious Communication
• Effective Delegation and Influencing Without Authority
• Time and Energy Management for Sustainable Performance

These sessions were enabled team members to redefine success and strengthened employee engagement.

Over three years Rimi offered curated monthly programs that were aligned with the business drivers of senior management. The sessions had high engagement and offered team members authentic connection when they needed it most (during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic). Monthly sessions continued for three years and during that time not only did participants gained practices and tools that supported them personally and professionally but also:
