WHAT ARE AKASHIC RECORDS

What are the Akashic Records? "Akasha" is a Sanskrit word that refers to the subtle, ethereal element that permeates all things and is believed to be the basis of all cosmic energy and the medium through which information is stored. The Akashic Records are the energetic imprints of every thought, word or action that has ever existed in the past or present, or that could exist in the future. Just as we leave our fingerprints on anything we touch, our soul leaves an energetic imprint through each life.You can think of the Akashic Records like a massive "library", where you can go and look up information about your soul's path. If you've ever had an "intuitive hit" or "gut feeling" or felt something to be true that then came to fruition, you've already been accessing your Akashic Records. No one can open your Akashic Records without your explicit permission and you cannot open anyone else's records without their permission.

PERSONAL INVESTMENT

Akashic Records sessions are typically part of my coaching package but I am now offering on-off sessions and readings. The session is 90 minutes, with about 60-75 minutes in the records with time after for reflection and questions. The sessions may be recorded (audio only) so you can return to the guidance. A pre-session "intake" form will be sent to you with info on how best to prepare along with authorization to access your records. 

The 2026 Akashic Records 90-min session investment is 275€. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

1:1 SESSIONS
We’ll start with a simple embodiment practice to help us center and ground. Following the grounding I’ll then use an invocation to open the records and after an initial summary of important insights that come through we can use the space to address your intentions. You will be receiving insight and information too and we will have dialogue around what we’re experiencing as well as time to ask questions and receive support and healing. At the end I will close the Akashic Records and leave a few minutes for reflection or integration.
